All travel related to the VET Teacher Training Program must have approval from the Vocational Education in Schools Directorate. The Approval to Travel form, located in the travel information section of this site, must be submitted at the beginning of your training regardless of the mode of transport you intend to use. Your approval to travel is then valid until the end of that year.

Wherever possible, teachers should travel by public transport to attend training. Where public transport or shuttle services are not available, the cost of travel by taxi will be reimbursed  on submission of your travel claim form ( a receipt must be included). 

Parking at the Mercure Hotel Sydney will be at participants own expense and is often very limited. Please plan ahead if you are planning on driving to training.
