Welcome to our unique demonstration site!

The whole premise is to develop a unque event website to provide information to attendees whether they be delegates, sponsors, exhibitors, VIP's. The advantage of this approach is that you don't need IT techo's but rather a good understanding of the use of "word" providing for a true do-it-yourself system.

This system allows the organisors to "call for papers" and on conclusion of the event provide a system "dropbox" accessible only by registered participants for viewing and downloading presentations.

There is a dedicated "registration page" gathering not only personal and organisational details but provides for 55 user fields which can be configured in different formats to solicit the information need to run the event including payment options; cheque, EFT, credit card & PayPal.

Basic set up steps:

  1. Set maximum number of delegates.
  2. Insert helpline/contact details.
  3. Establish a unique event url
  4. Choose horizontal or vertical menu tab format with colour background and text options.
  5. Establish a header & footer using text, images....(cut & paste).
  6. Create a "welcome" page and then additional menu tabs on the same basis; venue, program, speakers....
  7. Finally, establish the registration page to collect all the information you need including payment.

The system is designed for access by password with the ability to download all data or part thereof to a csv file format for use in excel. This provides enormous flexibility to run the reports you need 24/7.


In addition to receiving a Confirmation/Tax Invoice there are a number of automated emails that can be uniquely populated; Confirmation/Tax Invoice, invitation, reminder, wait list, rejection and payment reminder.
